Phone wallet or platform credits?

The phone wallet holds keys for your blockchain address. LPS Network sign-in, store credits, rewards and paper-trading votes are separate. A website credit balance does not automatically deposit tokens into your blockchain wallet.

Keep your backup private.

Write recovery words on paper in order. Anyone with those words can control the wallet. LPS support and the AI never need them. Losing the phone without a correct backup can mean losing access to the tokens.
