What gets deleted: your account profile, membership and club records, push tokens, AI requests, and chat account — within 30 days.

What may be kept: records required for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention reasons.

Blockchain transactions are permanent and cannot be deleted by anyone.

Self-custody wallet: the wallet on your phone is removed by uninstalling the app. Keep your recovery phrase — without it, we cannot restore your wallet.
